The last birthday and the funeral

Little Mabel had made a last drawing for "Oma Sophie" as she called her always.  She was 6 years meanwhile and she learned reading and writing at school already for a few months. So she wrote:

"Voor oma, van Mabel,            (for oma,  from Mabel)         

Oma, ik wou je nog een keer zien !"    (Oma, I would like to see you once more !) 

Her grandpa ( my sister's husband) has plastificated the drawing and Mabel has put it in the coffin under the hands of her great-grandma..........................

Half a year before, on my mother's last birthday ( 86) she had made by herself  a cute bracelet for her, what my mother was wearing now too on her last journey.............................................
